Mediation is an opportunity for opposing parties to reach a quiet, efficient, and amicable resolution rather than deal with the uncertainty of trial. It may result in an agreement you and the other parties can live with. A settlement is often a better choice than trial because it may be less expensive, less stressful, and provides more privacy.

I served as a New Jersey Superior Court Judge for four years in the Criminal Division and more than thirteen years in the Civil Division and offer private mediation services to attorneys and their clients attempting to resolve civil lawsuits pending in New Jersey.
My civil docket included claims for damages arising from accidents, defective products, unsafe workplaces, professional liability, medical and nursing home malpractice, employment violations under the LAD and CEPA, commercial and residential breach of contract and consumer fraud. These cases often involved issues of insurance coverage and indemnification.
Prior to my appointment, I was Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney and later recertified and received an AV rating from Martindale Hubble for attorneys who are ranked at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal expertise, communication skills, and ethical standards by their peers.
I graduated from Boston College, magna cum laude, and received my law degree from St. Louis University.
